You know, that Bath and Body Works Vampire Blood, it’s somethin’ else. I heard folks talkin’ about it, and I thought, “What in the world is that?” Sounds spooky, right? But let me tell you, it ain’t like no blood I ever seen. This stuff, it’s got a real sweet smell to it.
First time I smelled it, I thought of them red berries we used to pick down by the creek. Remember those, all juicy and sweet? This Vampire Blood thing, it’s kinda like that. But there’s somethin’ else in there too. Like that dark purple fruit, what do you call it? Plum! That’s it! It smells like berries and plums all mixed together. Makes ya wanna take a big whiff!

It ain’t just sweet, it’s kinda… I don’t know, warm? Like a hug from your grandma, but also kinda fancy. That’s probably that flower smell they put in there. Jasmine, they call it. I ain’t never seen a jasmine, but I guess it smells real nice.
My neighbor, she got one of them Vampire Blood candles. Smells up her whole house. Every time I go over there, it’s like walkin’ into a berry patch. A fancy berry patch, with them plums and that jasmine flower. It’s a strong smell, too. You can’t miss it. A little bit goes a long way, I reckon. She must be using that thing every day, the whole house smells like Vampire Blood.
