Okay, so, let’s talk about this “Gingham” scent I’ve been trying out. I saw it all over social media, and everyone was going crazy about it. I thought, “Why not? Let’s see what the hype is all about.”

So, the first time I sprayed it, I got this blast of what I can only describe as, like, a really clean and fresh smell. I picked up some floral notes – they say it’s blue freesia, but honestly, I couldn’t tell you what freesia smells like on its own. There was also a hint of something fruity. I guess it’s the white peach and clementine they talk about in the description.
Trying It Out
- First Impression: I sprayed it on, and it was definitely a very… proper smell. I felt like I should be wearing a nice dress and going to a garden party or something. It was pleasant, not too strong, but noticeable.
- Wearing It Around: I wore it a few times, just around the house, running errands, nothing fancy. It’s the kind of scent that makes you feel put together, even if you’re just in jeans and a t-shirt. I did get a few comments, like, “Oh, you smell nice!” from my sister.
- Different Days, Different Vibes: I noticed that the scent seemed to change a little depending on the day. One day, it felt more floral, and another day, it was more on the fruity side. Maybe it was just my nose playing tricks on me, or perhaps it has something to do with body chemistry.
Now, they say there’s also a version with pear and daisy, which sounds interesting. And I read something about another one that’s supposed to be all sweet and romantic, with sugared red berries. Might have to give those a try sometime and write another blog article.
But honestly, I liked the Gingham scent. I don’t think I will buy it again, but I still used it for some days. The gingham is nice and I’ll definitely use it all up. But it’s not really “me.” I like something a little more… unexpected, I guess. I think I would like to try other scents and find one that is perfect for me. This one is a good experience for me to try something new.
