Ursa Major Skin Care Review: Is It Really Worth the Hype?

by Adelaide Davy

Okay, so I’ve been seeing Ursa Major skincare products everywhere lately, and I finally caved and decided to give them a try. I’ve always been a bit lazy with my skincare, to be honest, but I’m trying to be better! Here’s how it went down.

Ursa Major Skin Care Review: Is It Really Worth the Hype?

Getting Started

First, I ordered a few things from their website. I wasn’t totally sure what to get, so I went with their “Essential Face Wipes,” the “4-in-1 Essential Face Tonic,” and the “Fortifying Face Balm.” Figured that was a good, basic starting point. They arrived pretty quickly, which was a plus.

The Routine (or Lack Thereof)

Okay, so my “routine” isn’t exactly… regimented. I’m working on it! But basically, here’s what I’ve been doing:

  • Mornings (sometimes): If I remember, and I’m not running super late, I swipe my face with one of the face wipes. They smell pretty good – kind of woodsy and fresh. Then I splash on some of the face tonic. It feels… tingly? Not in a bad way, though.
  • Evenings (mostly): This is where I’m a little more consistent. I use the face wipes to get all the gunk and makeup off. Seriously, these things are pretty good at getting everything off, even that stubborn mascara. Then, another splash of the tonic.
  • Whenever I feel dry: I slather on some of the face balm. It’s pretty thick, but it soaks in surprisingly fast. My skin tends to get dry, especially in the winter, so this has been a lifesaver.

The Results (So Far)

Honestly, I’ve been pretty impressed. My skin definitely feels cleaner and less…blah. I haven’t had any major breakouts, which is always a win. And the dryness? Way better. The face balm is definitely my favorite of the three. It’s something that I have been using.

I’m still not perfect at sticking to a routine every single day, but I’m getting there. It’s a process, right? Overall, I’d say Ursa Major is worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for something simple and natural-ish. It’s been working for me, and that’s saying something!
