Seems like if you buy somethin’ from them, and you ain’t happy with it, you got 30 days to take it back. Thirty days! That’s what I heard, anyway. But it’s gotta be like new, you know? Like you just took it outta the box. Can’t be all scuffed up and used. They’re picky about that, I reckon. And you gotta have that paper, what do they call it, the receipt? Yeah, gotta have that receipt or they won’t even look at ya.

And you know what, if you get one as a gift, I hear you can take it back too. I mean exchange it for something you like better. I heard somebody say that. As long as you got that gift receipt, you can take it in, and get something you like. That’s nice, I guess. I don’t know many people who get presents like that, but still. Now, if you ordered it online, or maybe over the phone, seems like you can still take it to a store. Any Louis Vuitton store, they said. But it might be the one in your country, I think. You just go on in there and tell them you want to return it. They might take up to 14 days to give you your money back, though. That seems long time to wait for your money, right?
They say you can’t return some things. Like if you got your name stamped on it, or somethin’ special like that. They call it “personalized” or “made-to-order.” Once you do that, it’s yours. No takin’ it back. So you better be sure you want it before you go gettin’ your initials put on it.

So, if you want to exchange Louis Vuitton, you need to make sure you do it before those 30 days are up. Some folks say it is strict, and I think it is. You need to follow all the rules, I guess. That’s what I hear, anyway. Keep the original packaging, and the booklets, and everything that comes with it. Just keep it all nice and neat, like you never even touched it. If you wanna take it back, or swap it for somethin’ else, gotta keep it in perfect condition. And make sure you do it in time. They won’t budge on that 30-day thing, I bet.
I also heard something about purchases made before some date, November 1st, maybe. For those, the usual 30-day rule applies, too. Just like I said before. Everything has to be perfect, not worn, and in the original packaging with all the accessories.
Now, about the Louis Vuitton refund, if you are the one who bought it, you can get your money back. But if it was a gift, only the person who originally bought it can get the refund. Makes sense, I guess. They don’t want folks just taking gifts back and getting cash for them, I suppose.
