Okay, so I finally decided to take the plunge and get myself a Nano Speedy. I’ve been eyeing this little cutie for what feels like forever, and I thought it was about time I treated myself. My whole process started with, well, just pure obsession, honestly.
The Hunt Begins
First, I scoured the internet. I mean, I looked everywhere. I flipped through pictures, watched unboxing videos, and read countless reviews. I wanted to be absolutely sure this was the right bag for me. You know, not just a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing.
Then, I hit the boutiques. It’s one thing to see it online, but I needed to feel the leather, see the size in person, and just generally make sure it lived up to the hype. I tried it on with different outfits in my mind – casual with jeans and a tee, dressed up with a cute little dress. Just visualizing, you know?
Making the Decision
After all that, I was still a bit hesitant. It’s not exactly a cheap bag, so I really took my time to weigh the pros and cons. I even made a list! (Yes, I’m that person). The Purchase
Actually getting the bag was another adventure. I ended up getting it at the store because after all my resreach I was eager to see the bag. The sales associate was super helpful, and I even got to pick out the one with the “perfect” leather grain (yes, I inspected them all!). It felt so good to finally walk out of the store with that iconic orange box!
Living with the Nano Speedy
Now that I’ve had it for a while, I can honestly say I’m in love. It’s surprisingly spacious for such a small bag. I can fit my phone, wallet, keys, a small makeup pouch, and even a pair of sunglasses in there without it feeling too bulky.

- Cons: The price (ouch!), the strap is a bit long for my liking (but I can always get it adjusted).
I’ve worn it everywhere – to brunch, on errands, even to a couple of casual evening events. It just adds a touch of chic to any outfit. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, which is always a nice bonus!
It’s really easy to maintain, too. Just used a damp cloth to clean the surface, and the bag is good as new!
Overall, I’m so happy with my decision. It was definitely a splurge, but it’s a bag I know I’ll cherish for years to come. It’s a classic for a reason, right?
