I gotta balance my checkbook and that’s hard enough. But he went on and on about bein’ yourself, takin’ chances, and bein’ happy even when things are tough. Sounds like a load of hogwash if ya ask me, but what do I know?
He kept blabberin’ ’bout a skull and crossbones, you know, like them pirate things? Mixed up with a bunny rabbit. Said it meant you ain’t afraid to take risks, to do things your own way. Rebellious, he called it. Rebellious like a teenager sneakin’ out past curfew, I suppose. And he said it’s ’bout bein’ free, which I can get behind. Nobody wants to be tied down, do they?

Then he went on about wearin’ this here bunny logo was like makin’ a promise. A promise to be yourself, which is somethin’ I always thought you just were, and to be okay with other folks bein’ themselves too. Even if they’re different, he said. Which sounds mighty nice, but try tellin’ that to old Mrs. Henderson down the street, always gossiping about everyone’s business.
This whole Psycho Bunny thing started a while back, in 2005 I think they said. Two fellas in New York City, Robert somethin’-or-other and Robert somethin’ else, they cooked it up. Started makin’ clothes with this crazy bunny on ’em and seems like folks liked it. Now you see it everywhere, even out here in the sticks, sometimes.
I heard tell that lots of folks are lookin’ up this Psycho Bunny on the internet. Seems like they wanna know more about it, just like me. Maybe they’re tryin’ to figure out what it all means, or maybe they just want a new shirt or somethin’. Who knows?
So, if you ask me, this Psycho Bunny meaning is just a fancy way of sayin’ “be yourself and don’t be a jerk to other folks”. Which is something my grandma used to say, but she didn’t need no crazy bunny to tell her that.

They talk about this Psycho Bunny bein’ a fast-growing brand, which I guess means they sellin’ a lot of them shirts and hats and such. And it ain’t just here in America neither. Seems like folks all over the world are wearin’ this bunny. Can you believe it? A bunny! Who woulda thought?
Anyways, that’s the gist of it, as far as I can tell. This here Psycho Bunny is more than just a picture. It’s about livin’ life a certain way, bein’ yourself, takin’ chances, and bein’ kind to others. Or at least, that’s what them city folks say it means. Me? I just think it’s a kinda cute, kinda weird lookin’ bunny. But hey, if it makes folks happy, then more power to ‘em, I say.
