Okay, so I’ve been seeing “Ooh La Rouge Exclusif” perfume all over my social media, and you know I had to try it. The bottle looked so fancy, and everyone was saying it smelled amazing. I finally caved and ordered it online.
The Wait is Killing Me!
I tracked the package like a hawk. Seriously, I checked the tracking number like five times a day. When it finally arrived, I practically ripped the box open. The perfume bottle was even prettier in person! It’s this gorgeous red color, and it felt really heavy and luxurious.
First Sniff
I sprayed a tiny bit on my wrist, and wow! It was strong! At first, it smelled really sweet, almost like candy. I wasn’t sure if I liked it. But then, after a few minutes, it started to change. It got warmer and more… sophisticated, I guess? Like, less candy and more grown-up.
Wearing it Out
- First Attempt: I wore it to a friend’s birthday dinner. I got a couple of compliments, but one friend said it was a bit too much. Maybe I sprayed too much?
- Second Attempt: Just a quick spritz before going to the grocery store. I felt a little overdressed, haha! But I did get a “you smell nice” from the cashier, so that’s a win.
- Third Attempt: Date night with my partner. Bingo! He loved it. Said it was “sexy” and “mysterious.” I think I finally figured out the right amount to spray.
My Final Thoughts
This perfume is definitely not an everyday scent for me. It’s more of a special occasion kind of thing. It’s powerful, so you really only need a little bit. I think it’s perfect for a night out, or when you want to feel extra fancy. I’m glad I bought it, even though it was a bit of a splurge.
I think next time i should use less spritz.
