Well, let’s talk about this Polo thingy, you know, the one with the horse. Polo Ralph Lauren Indonesia, that’s what they call it. Sounds fancy, but hold your horses, I got somethin’ to say.

They got all sorts of sales and discounts over there, like on that Black Friday thingy. You can get them Polo shirts, and those Michael Kors and Coach bags too, for a whole lot cheaper. But who’s got the money to fly all the way over there, right?
Now, how do you know if it’s the real deal? They say look at the tag, the one on the collar. It’s gotta have that horse and the name, Ralph Lauren, clear as day. And there should be another little tag next to it, with the size. If there ain’t no size tag, it’s probably fake. And the letters, they gotta be easy to read, no funny business with the spellin’. I tell ya, these city folks, they try to trick ya every chance they get.
This Ralph Lauren fella, he started this whole thing way back in 1967, long time ago. His company, it’s a big one, in New York City. They sell all sorts of fancy clothes and stuff, not just them Polo shirts. But them shirts, they’re the ones everyone wants, I reckon.
- Real Polo: Comes from America, they say. Look for the right tags and clear letters.
- Fake Polo: Lots of it around, especially in Indonesia, it seems. Be careful, don’t get fooled.
- Buying Polo: America’s the place to go for deals, but that’s a long ways away. So, what’s a body to do?
I heard tell there used to be some Polo stores in Bali, but that was a long time ago. Things change, you know. Bali’s different now, I bet. You can’t trust them old stories, gotta find out for yourself.
So, if you’re gonna buy this Polo stuff in Indonesia, you gotta be careful. Make sure it’s the real thing before you hand over your hard-earned cash. Maybe look around at other stores, the ones that sell good stuff, not just the fancy-lookin’ ones. There’s plenty of other places to get clothes, maybe not with that fancy horse, but good clothes nonetheless.
And speaking of fancy things, they got these perfumes too, Ralph Lauren perfumes. They smell nice, I guess, but I ain’t got no use for fancy smells. I’d rather smell the fresh air and the dirt, that’s a good smell to me. But them city folks, they like their fancy smells. Each one is supposed to smell like some fancy place, they say. Pure smells, whatever that means. Sounds like a whole lotta hooey to me.
Some folks say you can trust this ZALORA Indonesia place to have the real Polo. But I don’t know, I ain’t never heard of it. Gotta be careful, you know. Too many folks tryin’ to take your money these days.
And if you do find a store, you gotta know when they’re open, right? No point in goin’ all the way there if they’re closed. They call it “opening hours,” these city folks got a name for everything. Just tell me when the door’s open, that’s all I need to know.
So, that’s what I know about this Polo Ralph Lauren Indonesia thing. It’s a whole lotta fuss over some clothes with a horse on ‘em, if you ask me. But people like what they like, I guess. Just be careful, don’t get fooled, and don’t spend more than you can afford. That’s what my old pappy used to say, and he was a smart man, even if he didn’t know nothin’ about fancy clothes.
And one more thing, if you’re looking for something specific, they got this “search” thingy on them computers now. You type in what you want, and it shows up. And then there’s this “close menu” thing, I don’t even know what that means. These young folks and their fancy gadgets, I tell ya.
