Okay, so, the other day I was scrolling through social media, you know, just killing time, and I came across this whole thing about Kendall Jenner. Apparently, she was talking about how tough it is being a model and all the time she spends away from her family and friends. And man, did people have opinions about it. She got totally blasted for being “tone deaf.” I guess because she’s, you know, Kendall Jenner.

Anyway, it got me thinking. I mean, she’s this huge celebrity, living this glamorous life, but she’s also a real person with real feelings. So, I decided to dig a little deeper. I went down this rabbit hole of podcasts and interviews, and I found this one where she was talking to Emma Chamberlain on the “Anything Goes” podcast. That’s where she mentioned the whole crying herself to sleep thing because of work pressure. Heavy stuff, right?
But it wasn’t just that. Turns out, she’s been dealing with anxiety for like 20 years! She talked about having these really dark nights where she would just cry hysterically. I mean, can you imagine? Being in the spotlight like that and having to deal with all that pressure and anxiety?
Here’s what I did:
- Started with social media: Just casual browsing, and boom, there’s this whole controversy about Kendall Jenner.
- Got curious: I wanted to know more about what she actually said, not just the social media reactions.
- Listened to the podcast: Found the “Anything Goes” episode with Emma Chamberlain where Kendall talked about her struggles.
- Dug deeper: Searched for more interviews and articles about Kendall and her anxiety.
- Tried her coping methods: She mentioned cleansing herself with water and going for walks helps her, so I gave those a shot.
So, I tried a couple of things she said she does to cope. She mentioned that cleansing herself with water, like taking a shower or whatever, helps her. And also going for walks. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical, but I figured, why not? I tried taking a long, hot shower when I was feeling stressed, and you know what? It actually did help a little. I felt more relaxed afterward. And the walks, too. Getting some fresh air and moving around definitely cleared my head a bit.
It’s easy to forget that celebrities are real people with real problems. I mean, sure, Kendall Jenner has a pretty amazing life in a lot of ways, but she also deals with a lot of the same stuff we all do. Anxiety, stress, missing her family. It’s just on a whole different level because of who she is. But at the end of the day, we’re all just trying to figure things out, you know?
