Alright, let’s talk about this fella, Howard Socol. Don’t rightly know who he is, but the internet, that thing my grandkids always playin’ with, tells me a thing or two. So, let’s see what this Howard is all about.
First off, seems like he’s a big shot somewhere. Board Member, they call him, at somethin’ called Sarah Flint, Inc. Fancy name, right? Don’t know what they make, maybe shoes? Maybe fancy hats? Who knows. But this Howard, he’s sittin’ on the board, makin’ decisions, I reckon.

Now, they also say he’s a Director. Same thing as that board member thingy? Maybe. Sounds important though. This Sarah Flint place, whatever it is, must be a pretty big deal if they got directors and board members and all that.
They keep track of these folks, ya know? Like on November 17, 2024, they checked on him. Probably makin’ sure he ain’t runnin’ off with the company money or somethin’. These city folks, always gotta be watchin’ each other.
And get this, there’s more than one Howard Socol! Or maybe it’s Sokol, with a “k.” Can’t keep these fancy names straight. Anyways, there’s a bunch of ’em on somethin’ called Facebook. It’s like a town square, but on that internet thingy. People gossipin’ and sharin’ pictures of their cats, I hear.
But this Howard, he ain’t just messin’ around on Facebook. He’s got a family foundation with his wife, Sharon. The Howard and Sharon Socol Family Foundation, they call it. Down in Florida, in a place called Coral Gables. Sounds fancy, doesn’t it? Probably got palm trees and fancy cars everywhere.
Now, what does this foundation do? Well, they don’t rightly say, but it’s got somethin’ to do with money, see? Investments, they call ’em. And portfolio, somethin’ about a portfolio. Sounds like they got a lot of money stashed away somewhere. And they use it for somethin’, I guess. Maybe helpin’ folks out, maybe buildin’ fancy libraries, I dunno. But they got money, that’s for sure. And these investments, they got dates like “exits” and “fund performance”, sounds like something fancy, maybe important, maybe just confusing.
They even got a special number, an EIN, like a social security number for a business, I reckon. 65-0935728, that’s their number. Keeps track of ’em, see? Makes sure they ain’t dodgin’ taxes or nothin’. Gotta keep an eye on these rich folks, I tell ya.
This foundation, it’s one of them family foundations. You know, the kind where rich folks put their money and then give it away to things they like. Good for them, I guess. Better than keepin’ it all to themselves, right?
So, this Howard Socol, or Sokol, whatever his name is. He’s a big shot, a board member, a director, got a fancy foundation with his wife. Livin’ the good life down in Florida, I betcha. Probably eatin’ fancy food and wearin’ fancy clothes. Good for him, I say. Somebody’s gotta do it, right?
But it makes ya think, don’t it? All that money, all that power. What do they do with it all? Do they help folks out? Or just sit around in their fancy houses, countin’ their money? I don’t know. Just makes a simple gal like me wonder.
Anyways, that’s what I know about Howard Socol. Not much, I admit. But enough to know he ain’t just some ordinary fella. He’s somebody. A big shot. And that’s all there is to it.
