Okay, so I’ve been wanting to try out Estee Lauder Sensuous Stars for a while now. I finally got my hands on it, and let me tell you, the whole experience was something I wanted to share.
Getting Started
First things first, I snagged a bottle online. I’d heard so much about this fragrance and how plummy and warm it is, so I was super excited to finally give it a go.
The First Spritz
When it arrived, I ripped open the package like a kid on Christmas morning. I took the bottle out and spritzed it on my wrist. The initial whiff was… interesting. It’s definitely a strong, fruity scent, mainly plum, like everyone says. I also got a hint of something powdery, which I guess is the orris.
The Dry-Down

I decided to wear it out to dinner with my friend. I wanted to see how it performed in the “real world.” Honestly, I felt pretty fancy wearing it. It’s definitely a more grown-up, sophisticated scent. I got a few compliments, which is always a nice bonus!
My Final Thoughts
All in all, I’m really digging Estee Lauder Sensuous Stars.
It’s a beautiful, warm, and inviting fragrance.
The plum is definitely the star of the show, but the lavender and orris add a nice depth and complexity.
It’s not something I’d wear every day, but it’s perfect for a special occasion or when I just want to feel a little extra.
