You know what? This old gal needed a new ticker. Not just any old watch, mind you. I wanted one of them duel time analog watch things. See, my grandson, bless his heart, he moved way off to some fancy place across the ocean. Says it’s a whole different time over there. Imagine that!
So, I went to that shop downtown, the one with all the shiny things in the window. Told the young fella there I needed a watch that could tell two times at once. He showed me a whole bunch, but some of them were just too much. All them buttons and gadgets! Who needs that? I just wanna know what time it is here and what time it is for my boy.
This duel time analog watch thing, it’s got two sets of hands. One for here and one for there, the fella at the shop said. It ain’t that hard to figure out, even for an old timer like me. You just look at one set of hands for the time here, and the other for the time over there. Simple as pie!
