This Casio, you know, that Casio Twin Graph, it’s a thing, alright. I heard folks talking about it, saying it’s good and all that. They say it can take a beating, like when you drop it or get it wet. That’s what they say about this G-Shock thing, part of this Casio stuff. Tough as nails, they say, and don’t cost you an arm and a leg.
I seen some folks selling these Casio Twin Graphs. You know that website, the one with all the stuff for sale? Yeah, that one. They got all kinds, some old, some new. You want a special one, they probably got it. I seen one, real old, from way back in 1989, I think. They called it vintage. Said it was rare, made of steel, not like the plastic ones now. AE-210W, that’s what it said on it. Looked pretty good, for an old timer.

Then there’s this other one, AE-21W, they call it. Casio Twin Graph II, that’s what it said. Made in somewhere, I forget. Another old one. Rare, they say. People been looking for these things, these AE-20W Twin Graphs, for years, I heard. Ten years, maybe more. Can you believe that? Looking for a watch for ten years!
They got prices for all these things, too. Don’t ask me where they get them. Some fancy place, I guess, with all the numbers and stuff. I saw another one, AE-20W again, Twin Graph. This one had scratches, not so pretty. But it’s still a Casio, right? And it’s a Twin Graph. People like those, I guess.
You can find these things everywhere, even that online store, the big one. They got everything there. You want a Casio, they got it. You want a Twin Graph, they got it. You want something for your office, paper and pens and all that, they got it. It’s all there. So many Casio watches, different styles, different colors. I saw one there. It was just a regular Casio Twin Graph, but it looked really nice. It had all these little marks on it, and the band was a nice color. I don’t know what they call it, but it looked real sturdy. Like it could take a good beating and still keep ticking.
I heard a fella talking about his Casio Twin Graph the other day. He said he’d had it for years, and it still worked like a charm. He said he’d dropped it, gotten it wet, even stepped on it once, and it never missed a beat. He said he wouldn’t trade it for the world. That’s what he said about his Twin Graph. I asked him how much he paid for it, but he couldn’t remember. He said it was a long time ago, but it wasn’t too much. He said it was a good deal, that’s for sure. Said it was worth every penny.
My grandson, he’s got one of them fancy watches, not a Casio. It’s one of them smartwatches. It does all kinds of things. It tells the time, of course, but it also tells you how many steps you’ve taken, how fast your heart is beating, even how well you’ve slept. It’s all very confusing to me. I don’t need a watch to tell me all that. I can tell if I’m tired or not. But he loves it. He says it helps him stay healthy. Maybe he’s right. But me, I’ll stick with my old watch. It tells the time, and that’s all I need. If I had a Casio, that’s all I’d need from it. Maybe one of them Casio Twin Graph watches, they look nice.
These young folks and their gadgets. Always something new, something different. But sometimes, the old ways are the best. A good, sturdy watch that tells the time, that’s all you really need. And from what I hear, that’s what a Casio is. A good, sturdy watch. Especially the Casio Twin Graph. It can be scratched, it can be old, but they say that watch keeps going. They also say the G-shock is even better, but that’s not Twin Graph. No sir.
These Casio watches seem good to me. People want them, old and new versions. I think maybe people will keep wanting them for a long time. They seem to last forever!
