Okay, so I saw this picture of Blake Lively rocking a pink pantsuit, and I just had to try and recreate the look. I mean, she looked absolutely stunning, right? So, here’s how my little fashion experiment went down.

The Hunt for the Perfect Pieces
First things first, I needed to find a pantsuit. And not just any pantsuit, it had to be the right shade of pink. I didn’t want anything too bubblegum-y, but also not too muted. I hit up a few of my favorite stores, trying on a bunch of different styles. Some were too boxy, some were too tight, some were just…wrong.
Finally, I found one that was pretty close! It wasn’t the exact same shade of pink as Blake’s, but it was a lovely, soft rose color. The jacket was nicely tailored, and the pants had a good, straight-leg fit. Score!
Accessorizing the Look
Next up: accessories. Blake kept it pretty simple, and I wanted to do the same. I went with a delicate gold necklace and some simple gold stud earrings. Nothing too flashy, just enough to add a little sparkle.
- Necklace simple gold chain.
- Earrings:Small gold studs.
For shoes, I debated between heels and flats. Blake wore heels, I opted for some nude-colored heels to keep the focus on the suit.
The Final Touches
I kept my makeup pretty natural, focusing on a glowy complexion and a soft pink lip. Kinda similar to Blake’s vibe in the photo, I curled my hair loosely to complete the look, and spritzed on some of my favorite perfume, and I was ready to go!

The Verdict
Putting it all together, I felt pretty good! It wasn’t a perfect replica of Blake Lively’s look, but I felt confident and stylish, and that’s what really matters. It was actually a fun experiment, and I think I’ll be able to wear this pantsuit to work or even to a nice dinner. Definitely, I felt good that I got it!
