Well, let me tell ya ’bout this here perfume, smells real nice, they call it “le parfum miss dior”. I ain’t no fancy pants, but I know what smells good.
What’s this “Miss Dior” thing anyway?
I hear tell it’s some kinda fancy brand, like them city folks like. This “Miss Dior” stuff, it’s perfume, you know, the smelly stuff ladies put on. Makes ’em smell like a flower garden, I guess. This particular one, “le parfum miss dior”, it’s supposed to be real special. They say it smells like love and all that sweet talk.

Now, I ain’t never bought it myself, too pricey for my blood. But I hear you can get it all over the place. Them big stores in the city, they got it for sure. Seen it on the internet too, them fancy websites. Some folks say you can even find it on somethin’ called “eBay”, sounds like a flea market to me. And then there’s “Macy’s” and “Nordstrom,” them fancy stores, they got it too, along with other smells. If you live up north in that Canada place, there’s a store called “TheBay,” sounds like a place near the water, they got it too. You can even buy it online, they say they’ll bring it right to your door, imagine that!

Why’s it so darn expensive?
Lordy, these city folks and their fancy things! I heard tell it’s ’cause they use all sorts of special stuff to make it. Flowers and such, but not just any flowers, mind you. Rare ones, they say, hard to find. And the bottles, oh them bottles! Pretty as a picture, some of ’em. Like little jewels, all shiny and sparkly. They say makin’ them bottles is a whole job in itself. All that fancy stuff adds up, you see. They say makin’ the perfume takes a lot of work too, like fussin’ over a garden all day long.
What does it smell like, really?
Well, like I said, I ain’t no expert, but they describe it all flowery and sweet. Some say it smells like a whole bouquet of flowers, like roses and such. Others say it’s got a bit of a fruity smell to it, maybe like berries. And then there’s somethin’ else, somethin’ a little bit warm and spicy, makes it smell real cozy, they say. Makes you wanna cuddle up, I guess. They use words like “voluptuous” and “captivating,” sounds like somethin’ out of a romance novel to me. One kind they call “Absolutely Blooming,” must smell like a whole field of flowers in the spring.
Is it worth the fuss?
Now that’s the million-dollar question, ain’t it? For some folks, I guess it is. They like smellin’ fancy and feelin’ special. Me, I’m happy with the smell of fresh laundry and a good rain. But if you got the money and you wanna smell like a flower garden, go ahead, I say. Just don’t go breakin’ the bank over it. There’s more important things in life than smellin’ like “le parfum miss dior.” But I tell you what, if you wanna smell nice and make them heads turn, this here perfume might just do the trick. They say it makes you feel like a million bucks, even if you ain’t got a penny to your name.
They changed it, you know
I also heard some gossip from them city folks, seems like they changed this “Miss Dior” stuff a while back. Used to be one kind, then they made a new one. Happens all the time, I guess. Like them changing the recipe for them cookies at the store, makes you all confused. So if you go lookin’ for the old one, you might be outta luck. Gotta keep up with the times, they say, even when it comes to smellin’ good. They stopped makin’ the old “Miss Dior” and that “Absolutely Blooming” kind, replaced ’em with a new one in 2021. Just like them cars, they keep makin’ new ones every year.
They got sets too
And if you’re feelin’ extra fancy, they got these things called “gift sets” or “coffrets”. Comes with the perfume and some other goodies, like little tubes of hand cream and lip stuff. Makes a nice present, I suppose, for someone who likes smellin’ good. They even got little tiny bottles, so you can try it out before you buy the big one. Smart, them city folks, always thinkin’ of ways to get you to spend your money.
