So, I’ve been on this whole skincare journey lately, trying to get that glow, you know? And let me tell you, the Lancome gold line has been popping up everywhere. I figured, why not give it a shot? Here’s how it went down.
The Prep Work
First things first, I did a bit of digging. It seemed like everyone was talking about how this line is all about that radiant, youthful look. I’m not getting any younger, so that sounded pretty good to me. They have all sorts of stuff – serums, creams, you name it. After browsing and reading a bunch of reviews, I decided to start with their anti-aging cream. Seemed like a safe bet.
Diving In
I placed my order and scored free delivery since I went over a certain amount, which was a nice little bonus. When the package arrived, I was pretty excited. I mean, who doesn’t love getting new skincare goodies? I cleared out a spot on my bathroom counter and ripped open the box.
The Routine
- Cleanse: I started by washing my face with my regular cleanser. Gotta have a clean canvas, right?
- Tone: Next, I used a toner to make sure my skin was totally prepped and ready to absorb all the good stuff.
- Apply: This is where the magic happens. I took a small amount of the Lancome gold cream and gently massaged it into my face and neck. It felt super luxurious, I gotta say.
- Repeat: I’ve been doing this every morning and night for the past few weeks. Consistency is key, or so they say.
The Results (So Far)
Okay, it’s not like I woke up looking 10 years younger overnight, but I have noticed some changes. My skin definitely feels softer and more hydrated. I used to have these little dry patches, especially around my nose, but those are pretty much gone now. As for wrinkles, I think my fine lines look a bit less noticeable, especially around my eyes. It’s not a miracle, but it’s definitely an improvement. Plus, my skin just seems brighter overall, like I’ve got a bit of that “lit from within” thing going on.
The Verdict
Would I recommend the Lancome gold line? Yeah, I think so. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but if you’re looking to treat yourself and give your skin a little boost, it’s worth checking out. I’m planning to keep using the cream and maybe even try out some of their other products. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes!
Anyway, that’s my little skincare adventure with Lancome gold. Hope this was helpful for anyone who’s been curious about it. Stay glowing, everyone!
