Alright, let’s talk about this here Travis Scott action figure thing. I don’t know much about these toys, but my grandson, he’s crazy about ’em. Always yellin’ ’bout some rapper guy. Travis somethin’-somethin’. Sounds like a whole lotta noise to me, but hey, kids these days, right?
So, what is this Travis Scott action figure anyway? From what I gather, it’s a little plastic fella, looks like that rapper fella. You know, the one with the wild hair and all them tattoos. Kids like to play with ’em, put ’em on shelves, show ’em off to their friends. Seems like a waste of money to me, but what do I know? I used to play with rocks and sticks, and we had a grand ol’ time.
Now, where can you get your hands on one of these Travis Scott action figures? Seems like the internet’s the place to go. My grandson, he’s always yappin’ about somethin’ called “eBay.” Says you can find all sorts of things there, even these fancy rapper toys. He tells me they got all kinds, different sizes, different clothes, even some with little microphones and stuff. Lord have mercy, the things they come up with!
- eBay – That’s where the boy says he gets most of his toys. Says they got used ones too, cheaper, which is good ’cause money don’t grow on trees, you know. He’s always lookin’ for a bargain, that one. Smart kid, I guess.
- Mercari – Heard tell of this place too. Seems like another one of them online stores. My neighbor’s girl, she’s always buyin’ clothes and such there. Said she saw some of them Travis Scott action figures on there too, sometimes even cheaper than eBay.
- Other places online – There’s a whole bunch of other places online, I reckon. The boy’s always showin’ me different websites. Some of ’em look real fancy, some look like my cousin Earl’s chicken coop. But they all seem to sell these toys, so I guess it don’t matter much how they look.
- Custom made– Now this here is somethin’ special, some folks make their own action figures, yeah like you heard it right! They make ’em with their own hands, and they can look like anything you want. My grandson showed me some pictures online, looked like real people, just smaller. He said some people make custom Travis Scott action figures, but they cost a pretty penny.
Now, what kind of Travis Scott action figures can you find? Well, seems like there’s a whole heap of ’em. Some are just plain ol’ figures, standin’ there lookin’ tough. Some got him singin’ into a microphone, like he’s on stage or somethin’. And then there’s the ones with all the fancy clothes and accessories. The boy showed me one with a little tiny hat and sunglasses, looked like he was ready to go to the beach. They even got a bear, I saw it myself! A little brown plushy one, kinda cute I gotta admit.
And how much do these things cost? Well, that depends. The plain ones, they ain’t too bad. A few dollars, maybe. But them fancy ones, with all the bells and whistles, they can cost a whole lot more. My grandson told me he saw one that was over a hundred dollars! Can you believe that? A hundred dollars for a little plastic man! I could feed a family of five for a week with that kind of money. But I reckon if you got the money to spare, and it makes your kid happy, then go for it. Who am I to judge?
So, is a Travis Scott action figure worth it? Well, I reckon that depends on who you ask. If you’re a kid who loves that rapper fella, then I guess it’s worth it. If you’re a collector, and you want to have all the different versions, then I guess it’s worth it too. But if you’re an old lady like me, who don’t know nothin’ ’bout these rappers and their toys, then maybe not so much.
But hey, to each their own, right? If it makes you happy, and it don’t hurt nobody, then go ahead and buy yourself a Travis Scott action figure. Just don’t come cryin’ to me when you run out of money, ’cause I ain’t got none to spare. I got my own bills to pay, and my own rocks and sticks to play with.
