Shop Pokemon Fendi: Find Bags, Clothes, and Accessories.

Okay, so I saw this “Pokemon Fendi” thing trending and I just had to try it out. I’m a huge fan of both, so the combination? Forget about it. I was all in.

First, I gathered my materials. I mean, this wasn’t going to magically happen, right? I needed:

  • My trusty iPad and Apple Pencil. (You could use any drawing tablet, really.)
  • The Procreate app. (Again, any drawing app will work, this is just my go-to.)
  • A bunch of reference images. Gotta get those Fendi patterns and Pokemon details just right.

Getting Started

I started by sketching out some basic Pokemon shapes. I’m talking super rough, just blobs, really. I decided to go with Pikachu, because, duh, classic. And also Eevee, because it’s adorable and has those big, expressive eyes that I thought would work well with the Fendi aesthetic.

Then, I spent a good chunk of time just browsing Fendi’s website. I looked at bags, clothes, everything. I wanted to get a feel for their signature patterns and color palettes. The double-F logo, the stripes, the earthy tones… I was soaking it all in.

The Messy Middle

This is where things got tricky. I started trying to incorporate the Fendi elements into the Pokemon designs. I played around with putting the double-F logo on Pikachu’s cheeks, maybe as a pattern on Eevee’s fur. It was… a lot of trial and error. A lot of erasing and redrawing. A lot of “Does this even look good?” moments.

I remember one point where I almost gave up. Pikachu was looking less like a stylish electric mouse and more like a weird, logo-covered blob. But I pushed through. I took a break, came back, and tried a different approach. Instead of slapping the logo everywhere, I focused on incorporating the Fendi color palette and using the stripes in a more subtle way.

The Final Result (Finally!)

After hours of work, I finally had something I was happy with. My Fendi-fied Pokemon! Pikachu had these cool, subtle stripes on its tail and ears, and the color scheme was all warm browns and yellows, inspired by Fendi’s classic bags. Eevee looked super chic with a Fendi-inspired collar and a pattern on its fur that subtly echoed the double-F logo.

It wasn’t perfect, but I was proud of it. It was a fun experiment, and it definitely pushed me creatively. Plus, now I have some custom Pokemon art, which is always a win.
