This here watch, the Seiko SRPG35, it’s a real doozy. You know, one of them Seiko 5 things. I seen it, and I thought, well, ain’t that somethin’. It’s got that big ol’ face, easy to see. Good for folks like me, you know, eyes ain’t what they used to be. It’s a good watch. You can wear it to work, wear it to town, it all looks good. It is good for men, a good man’s watch.
They say it’s “automatic.” Means you don’t gotta wind it up all the time, I reckon. It has this moving part inside. It winds up as long as you are moving your body, wearing it. Just move around, and it takes care of itself. That’s somethin’, ain’t it? Saves you the trouble. My old watch, you had to wind it every day. This one, nope. Just wear it.
And the strap, it ain’t fancy, but it’s strong. Made of that, uh, nylon stuff. Stronger than a mule, that’s for sure. It is a good watch strap, I think. And if you don’t like it, you can change it. You can make it yours. Won’t fall apart on ya. Good for workin’ outside, or, you know, just sittin’ on the porch. It can take it. Seiko SRPG35 has a good strap, yeah.
This here Seiko SRPG35, it’s a man’s watch, that’s what they say. But I reckon a woman could wear it too. If she likes that kinda thing. Big and sturdy. Not like them little dainty things. It just looks good. But mostly it’s a man’s watch. A good man’s watch. It is good, this Seiko watch. It’s got that number on it, SRPG35, that’s how you know it’s the right one. Don’t get fooled by some other thing.
Now, I heard some folks talkin’, sayin’ it ain’t the most, uh, “accurate” thing in the world. Means it might lose a little time, or gain a little. But who cares about a few seconds, I say? Ain’t nobody that important, not around here anyway. We don’t care about a few seconds. Just need to know if it’s mornin’ or evenin’, that’s all. This watch, it does the job.
They say this Seiko 5, it’s a good price. Not like them fancy ones that cost an arm and a leg. You don’t need a fancy watch. This one’s good enough. Good enough for anybody, I reckon. I don’t know what is “secondary market”. But they say you can find good deals on Seiko 5 watches. So maybe this Seiko SRPG35, you can find a good deal on it. This is a good watch. Seiko makes good watches. They do. They make good stuff, good things.

- Automatic, don’t gotta wind it.
- Water resistance, 100M. That’s what I heard. Don’t go swim with it. But rain is ok.

This Seiko SRPG35, it’s a “field” watch. That means it’s good for, you know, bein’ out in the field. Workin’ outside. Tough, like. Can take a beatin’. You can go outside and do anything with it. Don’t worry about it. It is a good watch for the field, yeah.
Seiko, they know what they’re doin’. They been makin’ watches for a long time, I reckon. They make good stuff. This one, the SRPG35, it’s a good one. This is a good Seiko watch, yes. A good Seiko 5 watch, they say it has good “know-how”, but I don’t know what that means. It is a good watch, anyway. You can trust it. It’s like an old friend, always there for you.
It’s got them, uh, “jewels” inside. Not real jewels, like diamonds or nothin’. Just somethin’ they put in there to make it work good. 24 of ’em, they say. It makes the watch good, they say. I don’t know how it works. But it works. That’s all I need to know.
And this one, the Seiko SRPG35, it shows the day and the date. That’s handy. So you know what day it is. ‘Cause sometimes, you know, you forget. Especially when you’re retired, every day’s the same. This Seiko watch is good for you. It tells you the day, it tells you the date, it tells you the time. What else do you need?
They say it can run for, like, 41 hours without you movin’. That’s a long time. Longer than I can sleep, that’s for sure. So you don’t need to worry about it. It’ll keep tickin’. Good watch, this Seiko. I think it is a good watch, yeah. It is also a good price. Not too expensive. It’s a good watch, that Seiko SRPG35. If you need a watch, this is a good one to get.
