Okay, here is my sharing about Sabi perfume today:

So I was digging around for a new scent the other day, something different, you know? And I stumbled upon this thing called Sabi. I had never heard of it before, but the description sounded kinda interesting, so I thought, why not give it a shot? It’s a female fragrance. I started to search for it on the Internet. I found out that it’s from this designer named Henry Dunay, and the guy who actually put the scent together is Richard Loniewski. They launched it way back in 1998.
First, I went to their physical store. It comes in both Parfum and Eau de Parfum versions, so that’s cool. I’m in Neiman-Marcus, they’ve got it there, and also Bergdorf Goodman. Oh, and you can find it at some of those bougie perfume stores too. Anyway, I sprayed a bit on my wrist, and whoa, it was a lot going on at first.
The strongest notes that hit me were white floral, very green, and a bit of citrus. It’s a complex green floral. I gotta say, it’s pretty strong when you first put it on, almost too much. But then, it starts to settle down after a while. After that, I went to Bergdorf Goodman, tried it again, and I got the same feeling. I found out that it does have a soapy quality, which I normally abhor.
After wearing it for a few hours, it turned into this nice, flowery smell that wasn’t too overpowering. It’s one of my summer staples. It’s like walking through a garden but in a fancy way, not like you just rolled around in the grass or something, haha. It’s pretty sophisticated, I guess you could say. And it lasted a decent amount of time, too. I could still catch whiffs of it in the evening, which is more than I can say for some other perfumes I’ve tried.
I ended up buying a bottle, the Eau de Parfum one. It wasn’t cheap, but I figured I’d treat myself. I’ve been wearing it for a few days now, and I’m really liking it. It’s definitely a unique scent, not something you smell every day. If you’re into green, floral perfumes and want to try something a bit different, you might want to check out Sabi. Just be prepared for that initial blast, it can be a lot, but trust me, it gets better!
