Today I wanted to share my experience with Lugano Diamonds in Palm Beach. I’ve been eyeing their pieces for a while now, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure!

So, I finally decided to go. I looked up their address: 150 Worth Ave, Suite 137, Palm Beach. It’s on Worth Avenue, which, if you’re not familiar, is pretty much the place to be for luxury shopping in Palm Beach. I made a note of their phone number too, just in case.
Walking into the store, I was greeted with the warmest welcome. Seriously, they really know how to make a person feel special. The place was just stunning, with these amazing, sparkling pieces everywhere. They weren’t kidding about creating “extraordinary experiences.” The staff were super helpful, guiding me through their collections and sharing the stories behind some of their most exquisite pieces. I felt like I was building a real relationship with them, not just browsing.
