Alright, let’s talk about this louis vuitton speedy colorful bag, ya know, the one all them fancy ladies carry around. I ain’t no expert, but I seen a few, and let me tell ya, they sure are somethin’.
First off, they got all sorts of colors, like a rainbow exploded on a purse. Bright pink, baby blue, sunshine yellow, you name it, they probably got it. Makes my old black handbag look like a dusty crow, ha! They call it “multicolor,” sounds fancy, huh? But it just means lots of colors, plain and simple.

- Then there’s the Speedy Bandoulire 20, made with this “Damier Giant canvas,” whatever that is. It’s got these big squares, and they use all sorts of light, pretty colors, like them Easter eggs. Real cute, I gotta say.
- And the Speedy 20 Bandoulire, made of “Monogram Empreinte leather,” sounds expensive, don’t it? This one’s soft and squishy, like a baby’s bottom, and comes in soft, light colors too. They say it’s shaped like a travel bag, but I ain’t never seen no travel bag this small. Guess them city folks travel light, huh?
Now, they also got this Speedy Soft 30. They say it’s “lightweight” and “ultra-soft.” Well, I reckon that’s good, nobody wants a heavy bag, right? This one’s got that “Monogram Empreinte leather” too, whatever that means, and it’s got a soft bottom. Don’t know why you need a soft bottom on a bag, but hey, I ain’t complainin’.
Them fancy folks, they say these bags are “iconic.” That just means everybody knows ’em, I guess. And they say they’re “practical.” Well, I don’t know about that. Seems kinda small to be practical, but what do I know? I carry my whole life in my purse, these young gals just need a place to put their phone and lipstick.
Speaking of color, they used to make this “Monogram Multicolor” line, but they stopped a while back. Guess they wanted to move on to somethin’ new. But them bags, they were somethin’ else! Full of bright, poppy colors, real eye-catchers. I heard tell you gotta be careful though, lots of fakes out there. If you wanna know if it’s real, look close at them little pictures and letters. They gotta be clear and sharp, not blurry or messy.
They call the shape a “classic silhouette.” Sounds fancy, but it just means it’s the same old shape they always make, just with different colors and stuff. Like them old-timey doctor bags, you know? Only prettier, and way more expensive, I bet. Louis Vuitton, that’s the name, they been makin’ these bags forever, it seems. Always changin’ things up a little, addin’ a new color here, a new strap there, but it’s still the same old bag, just dressed up different.
I tell ya, these bags, they’re like candy for the eyes. All them colors, all them patterns, it’s enough to make your head spin. But I guess that’s the point, right? To stand out, to be seen. Just don’t ask me to pronounce all them fancy French words they use to describe ’em, I ain’t got time for that. I’m just tellin’ ya what I see, and what I see is a whole lot of color and a whole lot of money walkin’ down the street.
And these ain’t just purses, mind you. They call some of ‘em “handbags.” What’s the difference? I ain’t figured that out yet. Seems like just a fancy word for a purse to me. But hey, maybe I’m just an old lady who don’t know nothin’ about fashion. All I know is, they’re pretty, and they cost a pretty penny too.
