That Knot Standard Bloomingdales, I hear it’s somethin’ else. They got all them fancy clothes in there, you know? I heard it from my neighbor, she went to New York City once. Said it was a big, big store. This Bloomingdales, it’s like a whole world of clothes. And this Knot Standard, they make them clothes just for you, custom, they say. Sounds mighty fine, don’t it?
They got all the latest things in there, all new stuff, newest products. I seen pictures, all them bright colors, spring, summer, every season. My granddaughter, she’s always on that phone, showin’ me things. She says, “Look at this, it is so fashion!” Fashion, she says. I tell ya, these young folks and their fashion.
They got these new things for 2024, spring and summer. They say it’s bold and vivid, whatever that means. Sounds like them fancy city folks talk. But I guess if you got the money, you can wear whatever you want. They take the best of the old and make something new, they say. Sounds like a lot of work to me, but what do I know?

Fall and winter, they got coats and jackets, and these things called blazers. My grandson, he wears one of them blazers. Looks sharp, I guess. But I still think a good old coat is all you need. This new collection, they call it. For fall and winter ’23/’24. They got all these fancy names for things.
I heard Knot Standard, they teamed up with some other fellas, Brooks Brothers. Some big name, I suppose. They’re gonna be in a bunch of their stores. Twenty-one, they say! That’s a lot of stores. Makin’ them custom clothes in all them places. This Knot Standard, they’re really movin’ up in the world.
This Knot Standard Bloomingdales, it’s right there on that Third Avenue, and 59th Street, and Lexington. That’s what I heard. Big city, New York. Never been there myself. Too many people, I reckon. But folks say it’s somethin’ to see. Men’s floor, they call it. They got all kind of clothes.
They even got one of them in Chicago, Knot Standard x Bloomingdales Chicago. My niece, she lives out there, near Chicago. Says it’s a busy place. They say big things are happenin’ there. Always somethin’ goin’ on, I guess. I’m happy right here, though. Don’t need all that excitement.
They had that store open up on November 3rd, a store-in-store, whatever that means. Must be a store inside another store. Sounds confusing to me. But I guess that’s how they do things in the city. New York, that’s where it is. This Knot Standard, they are really something.
They use that fancy cloth from all over the world. Some fancy names I can’t even say. Dormeuil, Loro Piana, Ariston, Thomas Mason. Sounds like a mouthful, don’t it? They say it’s the best. And they measure you real careful. Give you advice on what to wear. That would be helpful, I suppose. I always wear the same thing, it is good for me.
They got that FW20 Collection, they call it. Sounds like army talk to me. More new styles, always new styles. They say it’s a refinement. Makin’ things better, I suppose. Well, I guess that’s good. Always tryin’ to make things better. Knot Standard, they are sure keepin’ busy. This Knot Standard Bloomingdales, it’s a big deal, I guess. All them fancy clothes, for all them fancy folks.
They have these new styles, always changin’. Back in my day, you had your Sunday best, and that was that. Now, they got clothes for every day, every season. This Knot Standard, they are sure keepin’ up with the times. They use some machine, I suppose, to make all them clothes so fast.
My neighbor showed some clothes online, she said it is made by Knot Standard. Well, they look fine, I guess. But I am happy with my old clothes. This Knot Standard Bloomingdales, maybe I will go and have a look one day. Maybe when I go to visit my niece in Chicago. She can take me there and show me all the new fashion.
