Man, I gotta tell you about this thing I got into with John Mayer and Ed Sheeran. So, picture this: I’m a huge fan of both these guys, right? Love their music, their style, everything. And I always thought it would be the coolest thing ever if they did something together, like a concert or an album, you know?

So, I started digging around, just to see what was out there. Turns out, they’re actually pretty good friends! Who knew, right? They’ve got this mutual respect thing going on, both being awesome at guitar and writing songs. I found this one quote where Ed said something like, “We just instantly clicked,” and that he was encouraged by John. That got me even more hyped.
Then I found out they’ve actually played together before! Apparently, John’s laid down some guitar on a couple of Ed’s tracks. One of them might be “How Would You Feel,” but don’t quote me on that. Their voices are totally different, but somehow it just works. It’s like, one’s smooth and the other’s got that raw edge, you know?
And get this, I stumbled upon this thing about them sharing a love for watches, besides music. How random is that? They even have a Spider-Man connection somewhere. I haven’t figured that part out yet, but it’s interesting, to say the least.

Diving Deeper into Their Collaboration
I started looking up videos of them performing together, and man, it’s something else. You can totally see the chemistry on stage. They’re just two buddies jamming out, having a blast. I watched this one where Ed opened for John, did like a seven-song set. It was awesome!

More Than Just “Thinking Out Loud”
Of course, everybody knows “Thinking Out Loud,” but there’s so much more to their combined work. I spent hours just listening to all these different performances, interviews, everything I could find. It’s like, the more I found out, the more I wanted to know.

The Genuine Friendship
What really got me hooked wasn’t just the music, but the genuine friendship between these two. It’s not every day you see two big stars like that being so cool with each other. No ego, no drama, just pure respect and good vibes.
So yeah, that’s my little deep dive into the John Mayer and Ed Sheeran world. It’s been a fun ride, and I’m definitely keeping an eye out for anything new they might do together. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll even get to see them live. A guy can dream, right?
