Okay, so I’ve been seeing these matching sweat sets everywhere and I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon. I mean, who doesn’t want to look cute and comfy at the same time? Let me tell you about my journey to find the perfect one.
The Hunt Begins
First, I scrolled through Instagram for some inspiration. I saw tons of different styles – oversized, cropped, tie-dye, you name it. I decided I wanted something pretty basic, maybe a solid color, and definitely something soft. No scratchy material allowed!
The Shopping Spree (Mostly Online)
I started by checking out some of my go-to online stores. I added a few options to my cart, but I wasn’t totally sold on anything. The colors were a little off, or the reviews said the material was thin. Ugh, the struggles of online shopping!
Then, because I want to tried it on, I headed to a couple of actual stores. I tried on a few sets, and they all have some problems! One was way too baggy, another was too short in the sleeves, and one was just…blah. I was starting to feel a little defeated.
Success (Finally!)
I found it! It fit, and It’s the perfect shade of gray, super soft, and the fit is just right – not too tight, not too loose. I paired the set with some white sneakers and a cute baseball cap. I can’t wait to wear it!
My Verdict
Matching sweat sets are definitely worth the hype! So glad I took the time to find the perfect set. The process can be a bit tedious, but it’s worth it.
