Okay, so I’ve been totally obsessed with Rosé’s style lately – like, who isn’t? She’s a total fashion icon. So I decided to do a little experiment and try to recreate some of her iconic looks with stuff I already had, or could find. I mean, my bank account wept a little, not gonna lie, but it was fun!

Phase 1: The Deep Dive (aka Pinterest Black Hole)
First, I spent hours, and I mean hours, scrolling through Pinterest. I made a board just for Rosé outfits. I looked at everything – airport fashion, stage outfits, casual looks, music video styles… you name it, I pinned it. I really wanted a good mix to see what I could actually pull off.
Phase 2: Closet Raid & Reality Check
Next, I raided my own closet. Surprise, surprise, I didn’t have a designer wardrobe magically appear overnight. But I did find some surprisingly good basics! I have a lot of black, which helps. A plain black blazer? Check. Some high-waisted jeans? Check. Oversized sweaters? Double-check.
This is where the reality check hit. Rosé can wear, like, a potato sack and look amazing. Me? Not so much. So, I had to get a bit creative and think about elements of her style, not exact replicas.
Phase 3: The Shopping Spree (Budget Edition)
- I hit up some online stores. I focused on finding a few key pieces that could be mixed and matched.
- I scored a really cute cropped sweater – Rosé rocks those all the time.
- I also found a pair of flowy, wide-leg pants, similar to ones she wears a lot. They’re super comfy, too!
- Accessories! I picked up some simple gold necklaces – layering is key for that Rosé vibe. And a baseball cap, because she loves those too.
Phase 4: Putting It All Together (and Feeling Like a K-Pop Star… Almost)
This was the fun part! I started by trying to recreate a few of her more casual looks. I paired the cropped sweater with the high-waisted jeans and sneakers. Added a necklace, and boom! It actually looked pretty good. I felt a little bit cooler, I’m not gonna lie.
Then I tried something a bit dressier, using the wide-leg pants and a black top I already owned. I added the blazer and some heeled boots. Okay, I definitely felt a little more like Rosé in that one! It’s all about the confidence, right?

Phase 5:The Result!
So, could I perfectly replicate Rosé’s outfits? Nope. My budget and, well, my general aura aren’t quite at her level. But, I did manage to capture some of the essence of her style. I learned that it’s more about the key pieces and how you put them together. And honestly, it was just super fun to experiment and try something new. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go strut around my apartment like I’m on stage. Wish me luck!
