Okay, so I saw this “red carpet espys” thing trending and thought, “Hey, I can do that!” I mean, how hard could it be to check out some red-carpet looks and give my own take, right? Famous last words, as they say.

Getting Started
First, I opened up my browser. You know, the usual routine. I typed in “red carpet espys” into the search bar. Boom! A million pictures and articles popped up. It was a little overwhelming, to be honest.
Sifting Through The Looks
I started scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling. So. Many. Outfits. There were sparkly dresses, sharp suits, and some things that I just couldn’t even categorize. I started taking notes, jotting down what I liked, what I hated, and what made me go, “Huh?”
- Sparkles were HUGE. Like, everywhere. I saw sequins, glitter, and all sorts of shiny embellishments.
- Bold colors were definitely in. I noticed lots of bright reds, blues, and even some neon.
- Suits weren’t just for the guys. Plenty of women rocked stylish suits, and they looked amazing.
- Some outfits, well, let’s just say they were “interesting choices.” I tried to be polite in my notes, but… yeah.
My Favorites (And Not-So-Favorites)
After I felt like I had seen enough looks, and then go through my notes, I decide to finalize my favorite looks and not-so-favorite.
It takes me a few hours to compare and choose the content.
Putting It All Together
Once I had my notes organized, I started to put my thoughts. I picked out my favorite looks and my not-so-favorite looks, and I explained why I felt that way. I also wanted to compare the similarity between the looks.

It was a fun little project, even if it was a bit more involved than I initially thought. I definitely have a newfound respect for those fashion bloggers who do this all the time!
