Today, I wanna talk about my little adventure at Peaks at Live Oak. I needed to find a new place, so I started checking out some spots in San Antonio.
First thing I did was look up Peaks at Live Oak online. It seemed like a nice place, with apartments for rent. The pictures looked good, and they had a bunch of options. It’s located at 13012 Oak Terrace Dr, Live Oak, TX 78233, which was a pretty convenient location for me.
I decided to give them a call and see what they had available. They told me they had one-bedroom apartments, which was just what I was looking for. We scheduled a tour for the next day, so I could see the place in person.
When I arrived for the tour, the first thing I noticed was the outdoor pool. It looked super inviting, especially since it’s been so hot lately. They also had a roof deck, which I thought was pretty cool for hanging out with friends. Oh, and they had a dog run! That’s a big plus for me since I have a furry friend.

After the tour, I went back home and thought it over. I compared it to other places I’d seen, and it seemed like a good fit. Plus, I found some deals online that offered up to 75% off on vacation rentals in Live Oak, so I figured that was a good sign.
Making the Decision
I decided to go for it. I called them back, filled out the application, and signed the lease. The rent prices were reasonable, and the lease terms were pretty standard. It all felt right, you know?
So, that’s how I ended up finding my new place at Peaks at Live Oak. It was a bit of a process, but I’m glad I took the time to check it out properly. Now, I’m all settled in and enjoying the new digs. The pool is definitely my favorite part so far!
