Well, let me tell ya ’bout this young gal, Emma Chamberlain. Heard she’s a big deal now, all over the internet and such. Don’t know much ’bout that internet stuff myself, but my grandkids are always yappin’ about it. Seems like this Emma girl, she’s everywhere ya look.

They say she’s the “face” of some fancy makeup company, Lancome, I think it’s called. Don’t know what that means exactly, but I reckon it’s a good thing. Probably means her picture’s plastered all over them magazines and such. And she’s got deals with Cartier, that fancy jewelry place. My goodness, them diamonds must cost a fortune! And somethin’ called Levi’s too. I used to wear them Levi’s jeans back in the day, tough as nails they were.
Heard she even gabs on somethin’ called a “podcast.” “Anything Goes,” they call it. Sounds like a whole lotta chatter to me, but folks seem to like it. Guess she talks ’bout whatever she wants. Good for her, I say. Back in my day, we didn’t have all this fancy talkin’ on machines. We just talked to each other, face to face.

They say she’s a “natural brunette,” but sometimes she goes blonde. Hair color, huh? Seems like a lot of fuss over nothin’. Back in my day, ya had the hair ya had, and that was that. No fancy dyes and such. But I guess that’s how things are now.
From Internet to Red Carpets
This Emma girl, she started out makin’ videos on the internet. Short little things, I guess. And somehow, that made her famous. Can ya believe it? Kids these days, makin’ a livin’ doin’ things we never even dreamed of. Now she’s on the “red carpet,” they say. That’s where all them movie stars go, wearin’ fancy dresses and smilin’ for the cameras.
I saw a picture of her once, in a long lacy dress. Looked like somethin’ my grandma used to wear, only fancier. She was at somethin’ called the Met Gala. Don’t ask me what that is, sounds like a whole lotta hoopla to me. But it’s a big deal, apparently. And there’s Emma, right in the middle of it all.
Emma’s Power and Choices
They say she’s got a lotta power, this Emma girl. Can choose what she wants to do, how she wants to look. Reminds me of that Billie girl, the one who sings all them songs. These young’uns, they’re takin’ charge, I tell ya. Good for them, I say. Back in my day, we didn’t have so many choices. We just did what we had to do.

And back to that Cartier stuff. Heard she wears their jewelry, all them diamonds and such. They even interviewed her about it, in some fancy magazine. Talked about her “career highs” and all that. Seems like wearin’ expensive jewelry is a big part of her job now. Well, I guess someone’s gotta do it. Just hope she don’t lose them shiny things. They’re small, ya know, easy to misplace.
So, that’s what I know ’bout this Emma Chamberlain. Seems like she’s doin’ alright for herself. Makin’ money, wearin’ fancy clothes, talkin’ on the internet. Good for her, I say. Just hope she remembers where she came from, and don’t get too big for her britches. That’s what I always say. Stay humble, and keep your feet on the ground.
It’s a different world now, that’s for sure. But some things never change. Hard work, a little bit of luck, and maybe a whole lotta chatter on the internet, can take ya far, I reckon.
