Well, I don’t know much ’bout them fancy shoes, but my grandson, he’s always talkin’ ’bout these here “Black Cat” Jordan 4s. He says folks are goin’ crazy for ’em, wantin’ to know when they comin’ out and how much they gonna cost.
Now, from what I hear, these shoes, they ain’t new. They been around a while, first comin’ out way back in 2006. My grandson says that was the first time they ever made a “Black Cat” Jordan shoe. He says it was a big deal then, and it’s a big deal now again.
They brought ’em back again in 2020, he tells me. And now, everybody’s buzzin’ ’cause they might be comin’ back again in 2025. That’s what the young folks are sayin’, anyway. They keep talkin’ ’bout a “triumphant return” in the fall or holiday season of 2025. Sounds like a big movie, don’t it? But it’s just shoes!
But there’s some confusion, ya know? Like always with these things. Some folks are sayin’ there’s another “Black Cat” Jordan 4 comin’ out sooner, like November 5th, 2024. But that one’s different, they call it an “RM” version. I don’t know what that means, but my grandson says it ain’t the same as the original one they’re all waitin’ for in 2025.

- And then there’s this “Black Cat” Jordan 4 RM, comin’ out November 5th, 2024, if you believe what they sayin’.
Now, about that size 10 my grandson keeps pesterin’ me about. He wears a size 10, you see. He wants to know if they’ll have his size. Well, from what I gather, they usually make these shoes in all kinds of sizes, even for little kids. So, I reckon they’ll have a size 10. Wouldn’t make sense not to, right?
And the cost? Ah, that’s the kicker. These shoes, they ain’t cheap. My grandson says the grown-up sizes for that RM version comin’ out in 2024 are gonna be around $150. One hundred and fifty dollars! For shoes! Can you believe it? But he says the ones comin’ in 2025 might be even more. Who knows how much them fancy “Rare Air” ones with the removable tongue patch will cost? He talks about “Rare Air” ones too, with black, fire red, some kinda blue and grey colors. Sounds like a peacock, not a shoe.
Nobody really knows for sure when the real “Black Cat” Jordan 4s are droppin’ in 2025. Jordan Brand, whoever they are, they ain’t said nothin’ official yet. My grandson, he’s always checkin’ online, lookin’ at “release dates” and all that. He says there are websites that tell you when new shoes are comin’ out. He’s always lookin’ for updates on those websites. He keeps askin’ me if the prices has been updated too. I tell him to get a job and earn money himself so he doesn’t care so much about the prices! He keeps telling me I should sign up for somethin’ called “text notifications” and a “newsletter” so I know right away when the shoes are comin’ out. But I told him, “I ain’t got time for that nonsense! I got chickens to feed and a garden to tend!” I tell ya, these young folks and their shoes… it’s a whole different world.
So, to sum it all up, the “Black Cat” Jordan 4 size 10 will probably be available whenever they decide to release them shoes, but when exactly that’ll be and how much they’ll cost, well, that’s anybody’s guess. You just gotta keep your ears open and listen to what the young folks are sayin’. They seem to know more about these things than an old lady like me.
