Okay, so, I decided to try out this “debi barros coach” thing. I’d been feeling kinda stuck, you know? Like, I had all these big plans and ideas, but I just couldn’t seem to get them off the ground. I figured, why not give it a shot? What did I have to lose?
First, I did some digging. I wanted to make sure I was picking someone who actually knew their stuff and would be a good fit for me. It’s super important to find a coach who gets you and what you’re trying to achieve. After looking around and checking out some different people, I finally settled on Debi Barros.
Next, I reached out and we set up an initial chat. This was key. We talked about my goals, what I was struggling with, and what I hoped to get out of coaching. It was a good vibe, and I felt like she really understood where I was coming from. So, I took the plunge and signed up for her coaching program. I was a little nervous. It felt like a big step, but also super exciting.
We started with some basic exercises to really pinpoint what I wanted to achieve. It was kinda eye-opening, to be honest. You think you know what you want, but when you really start to break it down, it can be a whole different ball game. Debi helped me clarify my goals and set some realistic milestones. Then came the hard work. We met regularly online, which was actually pretty convenient. No need to travel anywhere, just log in and get to work. During our sessions, we’d go over my progress, tackle any roadblocks I was facing, and plan out the next steps. It was a lot of work. I had to push myself, but it was also really rewarding to see things starting to move forward.
One of the things I liked most about working with Debi was her approach. She was supportive, but also pushed me to challenge myself and step outside my comfort zone. She provided that perfect balance. I learned so much along the way, not just about my specific goals, but also about myself and what I’m capable of. It is really a good choice. Now, I’m feeling way more confident and focused. It’s like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’m actually making progress towards my goals, and it feels amazing.
So, if you’re thinking about trying out coaching, I’d say go for it! Just make sure you do your research and find someone who’s a good fit for you. And be prepared to put in the work. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely worth it. Debi Barros really helped me get unstuck and start moving forward. I am so happy that I decided to work with her.
