Okay, so the other day I was trying to figure out what watch James Bond wore in Casino Royale. You know, the 2006 one with Daniel Craig. It’s a classic, and I’m a bit of a watch nerd, so I had to know.

First, I just did a quick search. Typed in something like “Casino Royale watch” – super basic, I know. I got a bunch of results, but honestly, a lot of it was just noise. Online stores, forums with people arguing… it was a mess.
Then, I started digging a little deeper. I focused on the scenes where you could actually see the watch pretty clearly. I re-watched movie part and paused, and took screenshots to make it clear.
What I Found
- It’s definitely an Omega. That much was obvious from the logos and the general style.
- There are seemed two different models. I noticed a blue-faced one with a metal bracelet, and I thought I saw another, possibly a black-faced one, for a very short moment.
So, I went back to searching, but this time I was more specific. I used terms like “Omega Casino Royale blue” and “Omega Casino Royale black.”
After a bit more hunting, I finally nailed it down. It’s mainly Omega Seamaster. One is the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M (Ref. 2220.80.00) – that’s the blue one. The other that showed very shot time is Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean (Ref. 2900.50.91) . Mystery solved!
It took a little while, but it was fun to play detective. Now I can finally sleep at night, knowing which watches 007 was sporting in that movie.
