Blocked on Poshmark Here is the guide to see blocked users and manage your list

by Adelaide Davy

Okay, so I gotta tell you about my recent deep dive into Poshmark. I’ve been using it for a while now, mostly smooth sailing, but I wanted to figure out the whole “blocking” thing. You know, just in case. I started poking around the app, trying to find a list of people I’ve blocked, but no luck. I blocked a test user, I mean, it’s not hard, you just go to their closet, tap the three dots, and hit “Block User.” Easy peasy. But then, where do they go? Vanish into thin air?

So, I unblocked them, and then I blocked another account. I’m on a mission now. There’s gotta be a list somewhere, right? I spent like an hour going through every menu, every setting. Nothing. I felt like I was going crazy. I even tried searching online, but mostly found just general info about how blocking works—which, by the way, is pretty standard. They can’t follow you, like your stuff, comment, buy, nothing. It did say somewhere that the blocked user doesn’t get notified, they just can’t do any of that stuff on your stuff. But I already knew that.

Experimenting with blocking

  • First block: I blocked a dummy account to see what happens.
  • Unblock and repeat: I unblocked and blocked another account.
  • Search for a list: I tried to find a list of blocked users.
  • Deep dive into settings: I went through all the app settings looking for the blocked list.

Then it hit me, maybe there isn’t a list. Maybe Poshmark just doesn’t keep track of who you’ve blocked in a visible way. It’s kinda weird when you think about it. I mean, every other platform has a blocked list. But hey, maybe that’s just how Poshmark rolls. It’s not a big deal, I guess. I just wanted to know for sure. I did this whole experiment, blocking and unblocking, searching high and low, and for what? To confirm there’s no secret blocked user list.

At least now I know. And if you ever wondered about this, well, now you know too. It’s one of those things that’s not really a problem until you make it one by looking for it. But I’m satisfied now. Mission accomplished, I guess? I mean, I learned something, even if it was just confirming something wasn’t there.

If you run into real trouble, like security issues, their support is there. I haven’t had to use them, but it’s good to know it’s an option. Anyway, that’s my little adventure in the world of Poshmark blocking. Kind of anticlimactic, but a journey nonetheless.
