Okay, so, I’ve been meaning to share this for a while now. It’s about this little project I did on Bentley Road. Yep, that’s the one. I remember when I first got wind of it, I was like, “Bentley Road? What’s so special about that?” But then, I started digging.
First thing I did was look around online. Just, you know, googling “Bentley Road” to see what would pop up. I stumbled upon some local business listings, nothing too crazy. But then I hit up Zillow, and man, there were like 31 homes for sale in Farmington Hills, MI. And they were all ranch-style houses. I was clicking through the photos, checking out the sales history and all that. It was kinda interesting, seeing how those houses changed hands over the years.
Then I broadened my search a bit. I found listings for 7 homes in Farmington, MI, and 33 homes in the 48033 area. Again, I was just browsing through photos, looking at new listings, and checking out the open house info. It was all pretty standard stuff, but it gave me a better idea of the area.
But then, I came across this one house—728 Bentley Road. This one caught my eye. The listing said something like, “Every detail has been thoughtfully considered.” And they weren’t kidding! I started reading more about it. It was in Lindenwold, NJ, zip code 08021. I guess they put this listing up on October 10th, I don’t remember.
So, I did what any normal person would do. I went down a rabbit hole, but it was great. I just checked it and noted, then kept digging, and here I am writing these words.
Here’s what I did:

- Checked out real estate listings on Zillow for Farmington Hills, MI, and surrounding areas.
- Focused on 728 Bentley Road in Lindenwold, NJ.
- Read up on the details and features of the property.
- Took notes and got inspired for my own project.
I made all kinds of notes. It was like a treasure hunt, piecing together bits of info. And you know what? It actually helped me with my own project. I got a bunch of ideas from seeing how that Bentley Road house was designed and presented.
