This Asad cologne, oh boy, it’s somethin’ else. I heard folks talkin’, sayin’ it’s like that fancy Dior stuff, the Sauvage Elixir, but way cheaper. This one here, it’s called Asad by Lattafa. Ain’t that a mouthful? Lattafa Asad, that’s the name. Remember it if you want something to smell like expensive stuff but pay not so much.
Smells strong, this one. First time I used it, I thought, “Whew, what is that?” But then it kinda grew on me. People say you gotta let it sit for a while, like a good stew. They call it “macerated,” like that fancy word, whatever that means. I just know you gotta let it sit there for a couple of months, maybe two or three, they say. Then it smells better, lasts longer. That’s what people say. If you do that, you can get better longevity. Smells real good after that, I reckon.
My son, he likes the fancy stuff. He used to wear that Sauvage, the real one. That stuff is expensive, let me tell ya! A dollar for a little drop! Who can afford that? Not me. Then he found this Asad, said it smelled just like it, almost. Now he wears this all the time. Smells good, like a rich man, but he ain’t spendin’ all his money on it.
- Smells like that fancy Dior stuff
- Gotta let it sit for a while, they say, “macerate” it
- Way cheaper than the real deal
- Lasts a long time, especially after you let it sit
This Asad, it ain’t the only one, neither. There’s others out there, smellin’ like all kinds of fancy perfumes. I heard of one, Zara Rose Gourmand. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Thirty-six dollars, they say. That is a good price. Then there’s another one, somethin’ called Lattafa Ana Abiyedh Rouge. They say it’s like that Baccarat Rouge 540. I don’t know what that is, but it sounds mighty expensive. They are all cheap but smells like expensive stuff.
And this other one, Maison Alhambra Victorioso Victory. That’s a lot to remember, so just remember Victorioso, I guess. People say good things about that one too. They say it’s like those expensive perfumes, Tom Ford, Chanel, and Dior, that kinda stuff. They are all designer perfume.
Some folks like those little roll-on things. They call ’em “perfume oil dupes,” like this Asad cologne, but in a little bottle you roll on ya. I saw they call them Asedos, some kind of Aussie name, I guess. They say those are good too. You can find them online.
I like this Asad, though. It is very good. It’s strong, like I said. Smells kinda like pepper, that black pepper you put on your food, and somethin’ sweet, like pineapple, maybe. And somethin’ else, I don’t know, maybe tobacco. They are top notes. It’s all mixed up in there. It’s a man’s smell, that’s for sure. But I like it. It smells strong, that’s why men like it. The middle notes are patchouli, I heard.
If you want to smell good but don’t wanna spend all your money, this is the way to go. This Asad cologne, or them other ones I mentioned, they’re all good, I reckon. You can smell like a million bucks without spendin’ a million bucks. That’s what I always say. These are designer perfume dupes. They are good.
There are so many of these things out there now. It’s a good thing, I think. Everybody should be able to smell good, not just the rich folks. This way, you can try different things, see what you like, without breakin’ the bank. They are just like expensive designer fragrances, good for unisex. They are travel friendly, too.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ new, somethin’ that smells good, but ain’t gonna cost you an arm and a leg, try this Asad cologne. It is launched in 2021. Or try one of them others. You might be surprised. You might find somethin’ you really like, somethin’ that makes you feel good, makes you smell good. And that’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? Smellin’ good and feelin’ good, without spendin’ all your money. I like Asad by Lattafa a lot. You should try it. It is a good perfume, and it is not expensive. You will not regret it. That is a promise.
