Unbelievable Too Faced Lip Plumper before and after pictures (Is this lip filler in a tube?)

Alright, so I finally got around to trying out that Too Faced lip plumper everyone talks about. I kept seeing it pop up, and my curiosity just got the better of me. Had to see for myself if it actually did anything or if it was just hype.

First thing I did was check out my lips in their natural state. You know, just regular lips. Not super thin, not super plump either. Just… lips. I snapped a quick photo on my phone, just so I could properly compare later. Gotta have that evidence, right?

Okay, so I twisted open the little tube. It looked pretty much like a standard lip gloss. I put a layer on, same way I’d apply any gloss. And then, oh boy, the feeling started. It wasn’t kidding around with the “plumping” part. There was definitely a strong tingling sensation. It wasn’t exactly painful, more like a weird spicy feeling? Lasted for a good few minutes. You can totally tell it’s working by, well, basically irritating your lips a bit to make them puff up. Sounds a bit strange, but that’s the deal, I guess.

I gave it about five, maybe ten minutes to do its thing. Then I went back to the mirror for the big reveal. And yeah, there was a change. My lips definitely looked a bit fuller, kinda poutier? The fine lines seemed less noticeable too, which was a nice bonus. It wasn’t like I suddenly had Angelina Jolie lips or anything crazy, but it was a visible difference for sure. I took another quick picture to compare side-by-side.

So, what’s the verdict? The plumping effect stuck around for maybe an hour or two, then gradually went back to normal. It’s definitely a temporary fix, not some kind of miracle cure. Good for maybe right before you take some pictures or head out for a bit if you want that little extra something. I did read somewhere that relying on these things too much might not be the best idea long-term, potentially causing issues down the line because you’re constantly causing inflammation. Who knows? For now, using it occasionally for a quick boost seems okay. It was an interesting little experiment to try out myself, that’s for sure.
