Alright, so let’s talk about my little adventure with Rag & Bone outerwear. I’ve been on the hunt for some decent winter gear, you know, something that’s both warm and looks good. I stumbled upon this brand, Rag & Bone, and figured I’d give it a shot. I started digging around and found out that they’re a fashion brand based in the US, selling in over 700 shops worldwide.

So, the first thing I did was browse their stuff online. I saw they have a bunch of options – men’s, women’s, shoes, and all that. I was mainly interested in the outerwear, especially the winter coats. They had some pretty cool-looking stuff, but I wanted to see if they were any good in person, not only online.
The Search Begins
- I looked up some stores nearby that carry Rag & Bone. There was a store in the West Village, so I decided to head over there and check out their collection.
- Once I got there, I went straight to the coats and jackets section. I tried on a few different styles, mostly checking out the materials and how they fit.
Honestly, some of the coats were pretty lightweight, which is cool for milder weather. I also noticed they used some fancy materials, which I guess justifies the price tag. The styles were kinda boxy and relaxed, which I’m into. I saw some people mention that this brand has something to do with a “Shoddy” cloth which is made from recycled wool. I’m not a fashion expert, but it sounds interesting.
Trying Them On
- I tried on a couple of coats that caught my eye. I paid attention to how they felt and if they seemed like they’d keep me warm during the winter.
- I also checked out the stitching and overall quality. I mean, if I’m gonna drop some cash on a coat, it better last!
After trying on a few, I narrowed it down to two that I really liked. They were both stylish and seemed pretty durable. I debated for a bit, considering the price and all, but I decided to treat myself. I ended up going with a nice, warm coat that I think will be perfect for the colder months.
The Decision
- I weighed the pros and cons of the two coats I liked. I thought about which one was more practical and which one I’d get more use out of.
- In the end, I decided on one that I felt was both stylish and functional. I figured it was worth the investment since it’s a quality piece that should last me a while.
Overall, my experience with Rag & Bone outerwear was pretty good. They have a good selection of stylish and well-made coats. Sure, they’re a bit pricey, but you’re paying for the quality and the brand name. If you’re looking for some new outerwear, I’d say it’s worth checking them out. Just be prepared to spend a little extra. Oh, and their website says they offer free shipping in the US, so that’s a plus if you’re ordering online.
Now I’m all set for winter with my new Rag & Bone coat. Let’s see how it holds up when the temperature really drops!
