Okay, so today I wanna talk about this Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme fragrance I picked up. I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about it online, and people were saying it’s a good alternative to Noir Extreme, which I’ve heard is pretty similar.

First off, I did some digging online, watched a few videos, and read some articles about how to spot a fake Tom Ford fragrance. I learned that you gotta check the packaging for a barcode, and there should be serial numbers on both the box and the bottle itself. The fakes usually don’t have those. Also, for the Oud Wood one, there should be a colorless cap with a black serial number on the bottom of the bottle. Anyway, my Noir Pour Femme seems to check out on all those.
- Checked the box for a barcode – it’s there.
- Looked for serial numbers on both the box and bottle – found them.
- Didn’t see any colorless cap with a black serial number – but this isn’t Oud Wood, so maybe that’s not relevant?
Now, I heard that there are some dupes out there, like ones from CocoaPink, but I don’t know much about those indie brands. There’s also this one called Club de Nuit Intense by Armaf that’s supposed to be a good dupe for Noir de Noir. I might check that out later.
So, I got a 100ml bottle, and I compared it to a legit 100ml bottle of Tuscan Leather that I got from Nordstrom. They look pretty similar in terms of packaging and all that. I even took some photos just in case. This makes me feel a bit more confident that I didn’t get ripped off.
To really figure out if this Noir Pour Femme is the real deal, I’ll have to see if it actually smells like the original. I’ve heard it has a rich blend of notes, so I’ll be looking for that. I’ll give it a good wear test and see how it develops throughout the day.
Overall
I’m still not 100% sure if it’s genuine, but I’m feeling a bit better about it now. I’ll definitely update you guys after I’ve had a chance to really test it out. Maybe I’ll even try to find one of those dupes to compare it to. Wish me luck!
