Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with something called “Mark Birnbaum”. Honestly, I’d never heard of it before, but it sounded interesting. It’s apparently some kind of way to, like, organize stuff? I don’t know, I figured I’d just dive in and see what happened.
First Steps: What Even Is This?
First, I spent, like, an hour just trying to figure out what this thing even is. I found a bunch of random websites, and some were super confusing. The description I read made little sense to me.
It felt like I was reading about some secret code or something.
Trying to Make Sense of It
After much confusion. I finally started to get the basic idea. I will try to describe my understanding of it:
- Write some stuff down: I started with just a plain old piece of paper and a pen.
- Draw some lines:I drew some horizontal and vertical lines.I don’t know why, but I did it.
- Write Some More:It’s like magic! I will try it later.
Actually Trying It Out
Okay, time to actually do this thing. I grabbed a sheet of paper and a marker (because markers are more fun). I made my little boxes and, uh… started writing. I just wrote down whatever was on my mind – stuff I needed to do, random thoughts, even what I wanted for lunch.
It felt pretty random at first, just scribbling in these boxes. But then… I don’t know, something clicked. I made the following:
- I wrote stuff that I need to do.
- Then, I drew lines, vertical and horizontal.
- I wrote what I wanted to eat.
My Verdict (So Far)
Honestly, I’m still not 100% sure I’m doing this “right”. But it was kind of fun! It’s like a weird mix of brainstorming and doodling. I might try it again tomorrow, maybe with a different pen. I don’t know if it’ll change my life or anything, but it was definitely a different way to spend an afternoon.
