Hey everyone, it’s your guy back again with another one of my art projects. Today, I’m diving into the world of “lisa ruzzo art” stuff. I’ve been seeing her stuff pop up all over the place, and it’s got this cool, rustic vibe that I’m really digging. So, I figured, why not try to recreate some of her style in my own way?

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to do a little research. I spent some time browsing online, checking out what other people have said about her work. It seems like she’s got a pretty solid following, and her pieces are all about that original wall art photography, you know? People are using her stuff for home decor, especially for that farmhouse or rustic look. I found some folks talking about her Etsy shop and Instagram, so I went ahead and followed her there. Lisa Russo, under the name @lisarussofineart, has hundreds of posts. I also found some of her art listed as “Lisa Russo Fine Art,” which had this simple but cool black and white barn landscape print. It was exactly the vibe I wanted to try out.
My Take on It
So, I decided to start with something similar, a landscape piece. I didn’t want to just copy her stuff, but I wanted to capture that same feeling. I grabbed my camera and headed out to find a good spot. After a bit of searching, I found this old, weathered barn that just screamed “rustic.” I took a bunch of shots, playing around with different angles and lighting. I was going for that black and white look, so I made sure to focus on the contrast and textures.
Once I got back, I started working on the photos. I picked the best shot and got to editing. I converted it to black and white, adjusted the contrast a bit, and really tried to make those textures pop. I wanted it to feel like something you’d find in a cozy farmhouse, you know? After I was happy with the photo, I printed it out on some nice, thick paper to give it that quality feel.
Finishing Touches
Now, I wanted to make it look a bit more professional, like something you’d actually buy. So, I picked up an 8×10” white mat from a local craft store. I carefully placed the 5×7″ print inside the mat, making sure it was centered and looked good. This step really made a difference. It gave the print that polished look, like it was ready to be framed and hung up.
The Final Result
And there you have it, my take on the “lisa ruzzo art” style. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. It’s got that rustic, farmhouse vibe, and it looks like something you could hang up in your living room or even a bathroom. I think I managed to capture some of that Lisa Russo magic while still making it my own.
