Alright, so yesterday I finally got around to messing with this “lee dawn” thing I’ve been hearing about. Figured, why not give it a shot, see what all the fuss is about?

First thing I did was download the necessary files, which honestly took longer than I expected. My internet’s been kinda spotty lately. Anyway, once that was done, I started trying to get it to run. Ran into a bunch of errors, of course. Nothing ever works right the first time, does it?
Spent a good hour or two just debugging. Turns out I was missing a couple of dependencies. Classic. Once I got those installed, things started looking a little better. Still not perfect, mind you, but at least it wasn’t crashing immediately.
Next, I started playing around with the configurations. There were a ton of options, and honestly, I didn’t really know what half of them did. Just started tweaking things at random, seeing what happened. It’s a terrible way to do things, I know, but sometimes you just gotta wing it.
After a while, I actually started to get somewhere. Got the basic functionality working, which was a huge win. It wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for, but it was a start. Spent the rest of the evening just refining things, making small adjustments here and there.
Eventually, I called it a night. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a lot further along than it was yesterday morning. I think with a little more work, it could actually be pretty useful.

Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:
- Downloaded the files
- Installed the dependencies
- Fumbled around with the configurations
- Got the basic functionality working
- Tweaked and refined things
Still got a ways to go, but I’m feeling pretty good about the progress so far. Will keep messing with it and see where it goes. Might share another update later.
