How to Style Your Fendi Pokemon Hoodie?

My Fendi Pokemon Hoodie Adventure

Okay, so, I saw this Fendi Pokemon hoodie online, right? And I was like, “Damn, that’s kinda cool, but no way I’m dropping that kinda cash.” But the idea just stuck in my head. I’m kinda crafty, so I thought, “Why not try to make something similar myself?” That’s where the whole adventure started.

First things first, I needed a plain hoodie. I hit up a local thrift store and found a decent gray one for like, five bucks. Score! It wasn’t perfect, but it was a good starting point. The material was soft and it was the size that i want.

Next up: the Pokemon designs. I’m no artist, so freehanding anything was out of the question. I ended up finding some high-res Pokemon images online – Pikachu, Charmander, the usual suspects. Then, I messed around with them in Photoshop, cleaned ’em up, and sized them to fit on the hoodie. I make sure every pixel is high quality.

Now, here’s where things got a little tricky. I wanted to make the designs pop, so I decided to use fabric paint. I bought a bunch of different colors – yellow for Pikachu, orange for Charmander, blue for Squirtle, the whole shebang. I printed out the Pokemon images and used them as stencils.

Cutting out the stencils was a pain, I’m not gonna lie. But I used a craft knife and took my time. Once I had the stencils ready, I taped them onto the hoodie and started painting. I did several layers of paint to make sure the colors were really vibrant. It looked pretty rough at first, but I kept at it.

After the paint dried (which took forever, it felt like), I peeled off the stencils. And… well, it wasn’t perfect. There were some smudges and uneven lines, but overall, it looked pretty damn good! It definitely had that “homemade” vibe, but that was part of the charm, I think.

To add a little extra flair, I bought some iron-on patches. I found some cool Pokemon-themed ones online and slapped ’em on the sleeves. Then, I used a fabric marker to add some details and shading to the painted designs. It was a little bit of this and a little bit of that, just experimenting and having fun.

The whole project took me a couple of weekends, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. It’s not a perfect replica of the Fendi hoodie, but it’s unique and it’s mine. Plus, I saved a ton of money! I am very happy to wear it!

  • Find a cheap hoodie.
  • Download pokemon pictures.
  • Cut out pokemon pictures.
  • Paint the hoodie.
  • Put on the patches.

Would I do it again? Maybe. It was definitely a fun project, and it taught me a few things about fabric painting. But next time, I might try using a different technique, like screen printing or embroidery. Who knows? Maybe I’ll start my own line of custom Pokemon hoodies!

Anyway, that’s my Fendi Pokemon hoodie story. Hope you enjoyed it! If you’re thinking about trying something similar, go for it! It’s a great way to unleash your creativity and make something truly one-of-a-kind.
