Okay, so I was scrolling through my Insta feed the other day, and I kept seeing these pictures of Glen Powell. The dude’s got style, no doubt. So I thought, “Why not try to recreate some of his looks?” I mean, I’m no Hollywood star, but a guy can dream, right?

First, I started by gathering some inspo pics. I made a whole mood board, like those fancy designers do. I noticed he’s into classic pieces, like a good leather jacket, some well-fitted jeans, and, of course, the aviator sunglasses. It’s like a modern take on that old-school cool, you know?
Next, I went through my own closet to see what I already had. Turns out, I had a few similar items, which was a good start. I found a decent leather jacket that I hadn’t worn in ages, and a pair of dark-wash jeans that fit pretty well. Score!
But I was missing a few key pieces. So, I hit up a few stores. Nothing too fancy, just the usual spots. I managed to find a simple white tee, a nice pair of boots, and some aviator shades. Didn’t break the bank, which is always a plus.

Then came the fun part – putting it all together. I tried on a few different combos, took some selfies, and asked my friends for their opinions. They were brutally honest, which I appreciated. It took a few tries, but I think I nailed a couple of looks that felt like they could have come straight out of Glen’s wardrobe.
Honestly, it was a fun little experiment. It’s not about becoming a carbon copy of someone else, but more about getting inspired and trying new things. I realized that I actually enjoy putting together outfits more than I thought I did. Who knew?

The Results:
I feel way more confident, and I’ve gotten a few compliments, too. Plus, I discovered some new ways to wear the clothes I already own. It’s a win-win! Might even make this a regular thing, trying out different styles from other folks I admire. Any suggestions on who I should check out next?
