Okay, here is a blog post about finding pictures from the movie “The Wolf of Wall Street”:
Man, I was trying to find some good quality pictures from “The Wolf of Wall Street” movie the other day. You know, that flick with DiCaprio that’s got all the crazy stuff in it. Anyway, I wanted some cool shots for my background screen.
So, I started poking around to see what I could dig up. I found out that this movie was a big deal when it came out, back in 2013. It even got nominated for a bunch of those shiny awards, like the Oscars. I guess they call it the 86th Academy Awards, Best Picture and all that jazz. Best Director for Scorsese, you know, the guy who made it. And even one for DiCaprio, Best Actor, which is no small potatoes.
The pickings were kind of slim, to be honest. But I kept at it, and here is what I did.
Here’s What Worked:
- Looked Up Movie Databases: I hit up some of those movie database sites. You know, the ones that have all the facts and figures. They sometimes have pictures, too. I rummaged through those, but it was more miss than hit.
- Scrolled Through Fan Pages: There are tons of fan pages out there for this movie. Dedicated folks who love it. I scoured some of those and found a couple of decent images. Nothing to write home about, but better than nothing.
- Checked Out Photo Galleries: Then I stumbled upon some online photo galleries, the kind that has all sorts of pictures, not just movie stuff. I combed through those and actually found a few good ones. They were labeled with things like “Image, Screencaps,” which made them easy to spot. I found around 400 of the things.
I managed to grab a few that I liked. Not as many as I hoped for, but enough to make a decent screen background. It took some doing, but I got there in the end. Just goes to show, if you want something bad enough, you gotta put in the elbow grease!
