Okay, so today I decided to check out “Littman Jewelers”. I’d heard about them, seen some ads maybe, but never really looked into it. So, I figured, why not? Let’s see what they’re all about.
First Impressions
First thing I did was look it up online. I wanted to get a feel for their style, you know? Are they all about super flashy, blinged-out stuff, or more classic and understated? Turns out, They have stores all over. Which is kinda cool and some not so cool.
Digging Deeper
After checking the locations, I wanted to see, like, real people’s experiences. Not just the shiny, happy stuff on the company website, but actual customer reviews. This is where things get a little tricky, you have to check the dates of those reviews.
The Findings
- Variety: It looks they sell rings and stuff. I was actually a little suprised at first.
- Customer Service: This is where the reviews were all over the place. Some people raved about the amazing, helpful staff. Others…not so much. Some complained about pushy salespeople, others had issues with repairs or returns. It was a real mixed bag.
In conclusion I went in with a plan, did my homework, and still I found that it just wasn’t worth it to drive there.
