Okay, so, today I wanted to talk about this guy, Andrew Oshrin. I’ve been digging into his stuff lately, and man, it’s been quite a ride. Let me tell you all about it from the beginning.

First off, I started by just, you know, looking him up, seeing what he’s all about. I found this list of questions, like, 357 of them! They’re supposed to help you understand a guy better, get into his head and all that. I thought, “Why not?” and started going through them. It felt a bit weird at first, like I was prying, but then it got interesting.
Asking Questions
I started using these questions in my daily life, with my friends, with my partner. I have to say it did give me some insight. You start to see patterns, you know? How people react, what they care about, what they hide. It was like getting a little peek behind the curtain.

- What does he want?
- What does he hide?
Then, I stumbled upon some live stream or something he did. It was back in April 2019, I think. He was talking about some fashion brand, Milly, I guess. It was all about bright colors and stuff. I didn’t really get much from that, to be honest, but it was part of the whole picture, you know?
Live Stream and Fashion
It was more about him being on a live stream and what it felt like. It is just like watching his show, nothing really useful. I mean, what can I learn from fashion stream? But it is part of him, I think, so I watched.
After that, I got into this whole “be a better man” thing. I mean, who doesn’t want to improve, right? There were all these tips about not being too selfish, or macho, and I started thinking about how I present myself. I tried to be more mindful, you know, more aware of how I come across. It’s a work in progress, but I think I’m getting somewhere.

Trying to Be Better
I read those words saying that I can be a better man. I was like, yeah, I do want to be better. So I started to work on it. Changing myself to be a better person is not that easy but I feel good about it. At least I am trying.
And then, the weirdest thing, I found these natural recipes and diets. Like, some anti-wrinkle thing and a 7-day diet. And simple workouts. I tried some of them, just for fun. I mean, why not, right? It wasn’t all about Andrew Oshrin anymore, it was just… life stuff. I did feel healthier, I guess, so that’s a plus.
Lifestyle Changes
So, I started to try those diets and workouts. And you know what? I do feel better. I do not know if it is because of the diets or workouts but I do feel better. It is all about lifestyle.
So, yeah, that’s my Andrew Oshrin journey. It started with some questions, went through a live stream about fashion, then a “be a better man” phase, and ended up with me trying out some weird diets and feeling a bit healthier. It’s been random, but hey, that’s life, right?
