Alright, so I was browsing through the internet the other day, and I stumbled upon something that totally blew my mind – the Guinness World Record for the biggest butt! I mean, I’ve seen some big butts in my time, but this was something else. The title belongs to Mikel Ruffinelli, and let me tell you, her measurements are insane.

So I decided to challenge my ass and see if I could get it to be that big, or at least close to it, so I started my challenge.
First, I did some research. I learned that Mikel Ruffinelli is a psychology student from Los Angeles and that her butt measures a whopping eight feet in circumference. Eight feet! Can you believe that? I couldn’t, so I had to see for myself.
I looked up pictures of her online, and I was in awe. Her butt is seriously huge. It’s like two giant beach balls attached to her backside. I couldn’t stop staring. I mean, how does she even sit down?
Then, I started to wonder how she got it that big. I found out that she’s a bodybuilder and a social media influencer. She’s apparently really proud of her butt, and she’s not afraid to show it off.
Operation: Big Butt
- Phase 1: I started hitting the gym. I focused on exercises that would target my glutes, like squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. I was doing these exercises every day, sometimes twice a day.
- Phase 2: I changed my diet. I started eating a lot more protein to help build muscle. I was basically living on chicken breasts and protein shakes.
- Phase 3: I started taking measurements. Every week, I would measure my butt’s circumference to see if I was making any progress.
It was tough, I won’t lie. There were days when I felt like giving up. My butt was sore, I was tired of eating chicken, and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. But I kept pushing. I was determined to have the biggest butt in the world, or at least the biggest one on my block.

After a few months, I started to see some changes. My butt was definitely getting bigger, but it still wasn’t anywhere near Mikel Ruffinelli’s size. I measured it, and it was only about four feet in circumference. Halfway there, but still a long way to go.
I kept at it, though. I kept working out, I kept eating protein, and I kept measuring. And slowly but surely, my butt kept growing. It was a long and arduous process, but I was finally starting to see some real results.
In the end, I didn’t break any world records. But I did end up with a pretty impressive butt. It may not be the biggest in the world, but it’s definitely the biggest one I’ve ever had. And you know what? I’m proud of it. It’s a testament to my hard work and dedication. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll challenge Mikel Ruffinelli for her title. But for now, I’m happy with my big, beautiful butt.
