Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing these Neutral Grey Jordan 4s for a while, and I finally decided to go for it. I’ve been wanting to add a pair of 4s to my collection and figured these were a good choice since they go with pretty much anything. I started by doing some research online to see where I could get my hands on a pair.
I checked out a few different websites, but didn’t find what I was looking for. Then, I hit up some local stores around my area. I checked some of them, but they didn’t have the Neutral Grey in stock, or not in my size. Feeling a bit discouraged, I went back online, checked some more, and finally found a place that had them in stock.
I placed the order, and they arrived a few days later. When I opened the box, I was immediately impressed. The shoes are just so clean. The upper is made of this smooth grey nubuck, and it looks amazing. It’s that classic “Cool Grey” look that everyone loves.
Then there’s the details. The Jumpman logo on the heel is this bold chrome color, which really pops against the grey. And there are these little hints of yellow on the tongue, the Air unit, and the outsole. It’s subtle, but it adds just the right amount of flair. Honestly, they are way cooler in person.
Of course, I had to try them on right away. They are a little snug, especially around the pinky toe. I had heard people saying that you should go up half a size with Jordan 4s, but I didn’t listen. I wish I had, but it’s too late now.
I’ve been wearing them around the house to try and break them in. I know they will, eventually. I also did some research on how to clean them, to keep them looking fresh. Apparently, there’s this stuff called Shoe MGK Cleaner and Conditioner that’s supposed to be really good for cleaning all kinds of materials, even the materials on Jordan 4s. I might have to pick some up. It would be a good idea to keep them looking fresh.
Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. Even though they’re a little tight, I know they’ll get more comfortable over time. They are just so stylish and versatile. And I can’t wait to rock them with different outfits.
