Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a pair of Jordan Black Cat 3 OGs for a while now. I finally decided to pull the trigger and, man, it was a bit of a journey. Let me tell you how it went down.

The Hunt Begins
First, I started by hitting up all the usual online spots. You know, just browsing around to see what the prices were like and if anyone even had my size. It’s always a gamble, right? Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you strike out.
Checking the Condition
I found a few pairs that looked promising, but I’m super picky about the condition. I mean, we’re talking about OGs here! So, I spent a good chunk of time zooming in on pictures, looking for any creases, scuffs, or yellowing. It’s tedious, but gotta do what you gotta do.
- Looked for yellowing on the midsole – a big telltale sign of age.
- Checked the Jumpman logos for any fading or damage.
- Examined the overall shape to make sure they weren’t totally beat.
Making the Deal.
After all the comparing, I negotiated the price with one seller. We went back and forth a bit, but in the end, It is a good price for me.
The Waiting Game…
Then came the hardest part: waiting for them to arrive! I tracked the package like a hawk, refreshing the page every few hours. It’s silly, I know, but I was just too excited.

Unboxing and First Impressions
Finally, the day arrived! I carefully opened the box, and there they were. They looked even better in person than in the pictures. I slipped them on, and they fit perfectly. It was a great feeling.
Rocking the Classics
I’ve worn them a few times now, and I gotta say, they’re just as awesome as I’d hoped. They’re comfortable, they look amazing, and they’ve got that classic vibe that I love. Definitely worth the hunt!
Overall, it is a happy ending, It is a long process, but it is worth to do.
